Well, I recently converted my forum over from vBulletin 3.8.7 to MyBB 1.4 (As I like 1.4 better). Everything went quite well with the merge, except for one thing.

Users cannot log in. I'm guessing something happened during the process but the passwords do not work. Yes, I do have the password converter plugin enabled and no help. I also tried disabling it and no luck.

Here is my forum link, if any other information is needed than let me know:

We cannot support you with hacking forums, whether you are asking for support with the hacking forum or not.

I am not asking for support with that forum. That is a separate sub-domain that is not to be discussed. This has 0% of ANYTHING to do with that forum. The question is for the main site, NOT that one.

I saw what you said, obviously. But I'd like to see where in the rules it says that.
Forums containing hacking, pornography or any other illegal content will not be supported.

Does my forum contain hacking? Does the forum I am linking to contain any hacking? No, it does not. The link on it leads to a separate sub domain that has nothing to do with the forum.

The rules state the forum itself cannot contain any hacking, which mine does not.
How can support staff know that your not actually wanting support for the hacking forum?

If you have a problem on your main forum, and that same problem happens on the second forum, and the support team have given you a solution for the problem on the main forum, they have also given you support for the second forum.

tl;dr - Your not going to get support here, either way.

That's the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing I've ever heard.

We'll see if I get support. It certainly won't be from you. But you have no more need in this thread.

I'm not staff on here, I don't need to sound professional.

You won't.
