Hi to all it is any similiar plugin to check link and send pm to admin when link goes down.

It will work for 1.6, but it doesn't send a pm.

This is not what thinkin i know abot this i need bot like google bot or yahoo when you add it permission to see posts his crawl and check all links and send pm to admin when find link with error send pm to admin,so after that you can easy replace all broken link

You could just look on Google webmaster tools for links that return 404.
