By taking a forum backup before re-installing and restoring it afterwards => http://wiki.mybb.com/index.php/Database_Backup

But wait, Don't re-install, there might be something that can be fixed without re-installing.

Does this happen with a particular theme or?
URL?

any suggestion what am i suppose to do?
Is it fixed yet or?
The first problem is that your headerinclude template is empty. Go to ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > **expand your template set** > Ungrouped Templates > headerinclude > Options > Revert to Original.
