The url above opens a new private message going to the uid "1" with the subject "random" and the message "random"
Would there be any way to make it send directly from the url?
I'm trying to make it that when a link is clicked they would send me a private message with my own needed information.

If its not possible with just the URL, would a javascript code pasted in the browser be able to do it?
(Meaning input a message, title, to whom to send and click send?)
No one has an update to this? Or know how this would be possible?
