I am using MyBB 1.6.3...

Everything is correct in mybb configuration, from what I can see, but I have to log into my forum every time I visit it... same with the ACP...

You also need to check that cookie settings are correct it in ./inc/settings.php file.
Also make sure ./inc/settings.php is CHMOD to 666.

Cookie Domain is .chrisblog.comule.com
Cookie Path is /Forum2/

It's set to 666...

Try to change Cookie Domain to: .comule.com

That solved my constant ACP login problem, but I still have to log into my forum every time I close and re-open my browser...

Try to clear your Browser's cache and Cookies..

Did that, logged in, then into the ACP, closed browser, reopened browser, and still was required to log into the forum, however, logging into the ACP was automatic, didn't ask me to log into the ACP...

Are you ticking the Remember Me? option on the login form...??
