No, there's no way to recover what you've edited. You can reimport the theme's XML file however.

If it's third party, you should just be able to go get it again where you got it, and then re-import it like you did before...
Personally, I'm looking for some mybb 1.6.3 themes... lol.

It's going to take some work if I do reimport it. Where are the themes located in the file hierarchy?

If you've backup of your forum, then you can Restore it back.
