Allow emails to be registered multiple times?
set to no but some how I got two of the same e-mails registered? How?
the email comes from, Germany I assume?

Make sure your ./inc/settings.php file is CHMOD to 666
Is that all? I changed it now.
You may have to click save in the settings again but otherwise it should be all.
Maybe it was before you set the option to no?

The option was always no. The file wasnt cmod to 666.

The option was always no. The file wasnt cmod to 666.
That's why its returning back to previous state without saving the settings. CHMOD the file to 666
