Alright, all things have been sorted out. Just you need to do is to Clear your Browser's cookies, clear its cache and Login to your forum again.

Does not work still goes to /forum/
reset hub and cleared Browser's cookies, and clear its cache
but still no luck... cleared my dns has well.
Even in a proxy ( hide my lime ) it still goes to forum folder

Make sure that both the board url and homepage url are both set to youraquatics.com and not youraquatics.com/forum
and check them both in settings.php also.

Urls are different has you can see

Has you can see everything is set right ? but still goes to forum folder.
In side inc/settings.php
i have
$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".youraquatics.com";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/";
which is right ? for the old and new forum

Login to your FTP and Create a .htaccess file at youraquatics.com/forum/ and insert the following codes in it;
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule (.*) http://youraquatics.com/$1 [R=301,L]

Right ive done that and now all works except topics
mod tabs etc works but new topics or viewing cats does not work it shows

Of course it can't - It appears that you are redirecting from "Forum" to the "Root" and have no way of getting back to "Forum"
Correct me if I'm wrong but reading here - and what you have said earlier:

I'm also wondering what the DOT is supposed to be doing here in settings.php - ".youraquatics.com" - If anything it should/could be in front of the / like so ./ to cover sub-domains if you have them.
