I would like to change the way the custom profile section looks. Please see before and after pictures, just so you have a better image of what I mean.

I'm not too sure which templates to change...

You need to edit this template:
member_profile_customfields

I don't know much about template editing though, sorry on that!

Nevermind, it's resolved!

You actually got to edit the member_profile_customfields_field template instead.
