Hi, can someone please help me change these pictures to my own icons, how would I go about doing that?

Replace the images via FTP. I'll need your URL if you want an exact file name.

/images/thecure/offlock.gif

But how do I have specific ones for specific forums?

I couldn't find any of the codes that it said to edit in my templates.

That's mostly because you are using a heavily modified theme. But the code is still there, so if you wish you can PM me your ACP details and I'll edit it in a moment.
