hey friends, look at the below site.some of there member got shinning & sparkling username.can I do that for my mybb forum???

The sparkles are an animated gif set as the background.
So as the style of the usergroup:

<span style="color: red; background: transparent url(images/sparkle.gif);">{username}</span>

but where I have to put this???
and tell me if I have to upload any gif file for that

You have to upload an animated gif to the /images/ folder of MyBB.
And you put that style in ACP > Users & Group > Groups > (edit group) > Username Style.

ACP > Users and Groups > groups > edit usergroup > and add the above code in "Username Style" option field.

can You tell me Where I can found a animated gif for that???
because I'm confused.

You may google it to find more sparkles, I didn't googled because you need to choose it for your own taste
