Hello I was wondering where do i place the images for ranks?
By default, they are present in ./images/groupimages/english/ folder. But You may upload any where But keeping the correct Image URL in Usergroup Image option field.
You mean the group images?
It doesn't really matter where you upload them as long as you point to the right location in the Usergroup settings.
Okay Now I want to if there is a mod that I can use that will allow my staff to have two rank images like. Admin and Founder. Is there a way?

You need to change compatibilty in the plugin file (inc/plugins/aui.php).
Search:
'compatibility' => "14*"
and change into
'compatibility' => "16*"
