Hello,

I have cleared all the user ranks such as New Member etc etc but they still seem to be showing... is this a bug?

Can you please post your forum's URL ?

They are probably still stored in the data cache.

Thanks Malcolm for your assistance, cleared the usertitle cache and it's now gone. Big Grin
