Hey,

I feel like an idiot but what's wrong with this? I can't find where to enable the WYSIWYG editor.

Can anyone help?

Cheers,
Clarkie
Can you provide a link and test account, please?

Can I just say, that's not a WYSIWYG Editor. It's a post editor.

WYSIWYG stands for what you see is what you get, as in, however it is shown in the editor is how it will be shown in the post. So you'll be able to see the bold text on a WYSIWYG editor, but on a post editor, it will show you the my codes. Smile

Try reuploading ./jscripts/editor.js from a fresh download.
Weird, I can see the editor. Try to reload that page with Shift+F5 or Shift+Reload button to clear you cache.

Cleared the cache multiple times. Refreshing doesn't work.

Already done that.

Maybe it's just admins/mods?
I can see it on that account too...
Login to a regular account and try it. If it doesn't work then, it's your browser.
In the user CP there's this option: Show the MyCode formatting options on the posting pages.

Testing now.
Fixed it using the above. However can I run a query in the DB to make sure everyone has it enabled by default?
UPDATE mybb_users SET showcodebuttons=1;

You might need to change the mybb_ prefix.
Cheers. It appears only I had the setting anyway? Very strange...
