Forgive me if it exists, or is core, i never really looked, nor do i need it really, i just think it would be cool to have.

It'd be nice to be able to ban users after a date

I don't quite get it.

Ban all users who registered after a specified date?

Say i want to ban you, but i want to ban you from thursday at seven, then the regular ban options. I don't want to ban you right now, i want you to be online and see a message or something.
