For my forum, it's a toontown fansite, I plan on making one.

BUT, I plan on putting it on offshore hosting, does this mean I won't have to follow COPPA? and I can allow anyone to join the site?

Being on the safe side, don't wanna get sued...

AFAIK, Coppa only applies to the USA.

Oh OK, I just want to make sure, because I'm going to be putting the site on offshore, and I wanted it to be G-Rated (anyone of any age) can join, and I don't wanna be sued.

Just want it to be sure, I won't and I wont have to follow COPPA, IF on offshore hosting.
