I already set in my localhost thread prefixes, but in front page theres no thread subject like this forum. I use mybb gamer template. So how should i do to fix it?

Go to ACP > Configuration > Thread Prefixes > Add New Prefix
After that Enter the Information you, then select the groups you want to be able to use it.
Then Select the forums you want it to be connected to.
If this doesn't work, then it might be your theme, sometimes Themes/Skins stop Prefixes from working.
