i forgot to back up my Attachments folder when i redid my server is it anyway i can reset it in all post not to show those attachemnts since they are no longer there

Go to ACP > Forums & Postings > Attachments > Find Orphaned Attachment. And there you can also delete those from the database.

Or you can just run this query in phpMyAdmin:

TRUNCATE TABLE  `mybb_attachments`

Uninstall them and remove the plugins from ./inc/plugins/ folder. Is it what you mean ? Or you can edit those plugins to work with the latest version .

What do you mean? Their settings?

Well i forgot to back up alot of things like the plugin just there setting still there isnt it

ACP > Configurations > Modify Settings > delete those extra settings groups.

Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > Modify Settings.

And delete the plugin's settings, by clicking on the Options button.
