My site generally runs fine, but every once in awhile, it does this:
http://terranova.netau.net/forum/index.php

And it's not my webhost, because I created a new directory, with an index.html that is blank, and it loads, here:
http://terranova.netau.net/test/index.html

I'm using the latest version of MyBB, and have only installed 1 or 2 plugins. This usually happens every hour or so, and only lasts about 10 minutes. It's been a few hours and still no fix.

Any solutions?

Edit: I will be switching to paid hosting this week, so I hope the cause of the problem is my current webhost.

Its a host issue. Its not connecting to the 000webhost's server, so you've to contact to your host to resolve.
