hello
i cant speak English very well but i try to tell my problem.
in first week i found 180 register user and after 3 days i saw the register user be an 45 !
after it i see lost my registered user while a new member register .
any one can help me ?
why this problem occurred ?
for MySql database or Forum Setting ?

*in attachment's i send my Mybb_Users table . plaese attention to UID of members.

Do you have User Pruning enabled?
Go to ACP > Configuration > Settings > User Pruning. And check if "Enable user pruning?" is On or Off. If it is On, your users probably got pruned because, they are either inactive, the never posted, etc ...
Set it to Off, if you don't want this to happen.
