When you select the threads to delete, does the number in the Go (0) button increase?
no , there is a 9 thread at that section.I want to delete top 8 threads.
so it shows GO(8) , when I selected all those threads.

Can you add this to /inc/init.php on a new line after the lines that says "<?php":
define('NO_PLUGINS', 1);
so it looks like this:

define('NO_PLUGINS', 1);
Save and upload that file to your server. Now try to remove the threads again.
If that doesn't work, download a fresh MyBB zip file from this website and try to upload the moderation.php file again.
