is there a way i could have a system on my forum where members who upload .flv files to my site and the videos play i have FFmpeg,Mplayer + Mencoder and all the codixes installed already i just need the system any ideas
Well, there's my plugin called "myVids", but it is currently only a beta and doesn't support video encoding/transcoding using FFMpeg (only .mp4 and .flv files can be uploaded currently). Some users have also reported issues with uploading videos in it too (something I'm looking into).

Ah, ok then. Keep your eye on it though as it is still a beta and under active development, so I hope to iron out any bugs soon.
