i am getting this. not sure what has done

Did you've upgraded your forum ? If so what version you was on before upgrading ? Did you de-activated all your plugins before upgrade ?

Yes i did upgrade last night , and no i did not de-actiavted plugins. could be that issue ?

Well, if you didn't have de-activated your installed plugins before attempting to upgrade then a column didn't inserted into the db. That's why issue is coming from.

What version did you upgrade from? Make sure you have run the upgrade script, if required.

Run the Upgrade script again;
