just so you know, if you are going to host illegal dowloads and hacking content, you won't be able to get support here.
I think it's okay but you could do better.

My site: penhacks we offer free downloads for your console as well as your computer, but it's all legal stuff.
Hacking = Modding a console to fit your needs. You can't say that it'll be illegal just from the name.
Back on topic. It's an okay name.
Jailbreaking isn't illegal. Hacking online games isn't illegal. Pressing 4231 on a coke machine isn't illegal. (google that one)
I don't like the name to be honest. techdl.net doesn't convey the aspect behind the website. IMO it would be more cool if it like: techdownloads.net
