What would you pay for this site, If I sold it??
-The site is new
-Has potential, with the correct skills and advertising you could get members.
(I did not advertise it yet, therefore is in low count of members).
-Great theme
-Good plugins
-Home-page
and other things I've added.
(Took me about 1 month to make, and opened 1-2 weeks ago).
If its about 2 weeks to Open, then it might not be allowed here.

It took me about 1 month to make, and opened 2 weeks ago. Also I just want to find out how much you would pay for it! I'm not actually selling it!

He is selling a developed MyBB powered site, not a single domain, which per the rules is allowed.
By the way, I quite like what you did with the homepage, and overall the forum looks great.

OK, not too shabby. But I would sell this site for more maybe 80-100 dollars, this comes with the domain and one month of free hosting.
If someone would pay like 150 I would give them more months of hosting.
I personally wouldn't buy it because I am already busy with my own projects, but the site is definitely worth more than $30. Although the statistics aren't really great (yet), there is potential within your website.
