I can't see the theme now, but I believe Aries-Belgium was right.
Also, when you upgrade from 1.4 to 1.6 you should run the Find Updated Templates tool in order to make sure the templates are updated as well. You can find that under Admin CP > Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates. In each template that is returned you need to click on Options and select Revert to Original.
That didn't fix it, faviouz. And there is no ".tborder" when I search with CTRL+F
I thought you deleted the theme?
You need to search for tborder, not .tborder. The dot is only used to indicate a class in the CSS file, which is not defined in the markup.

If you are searching in templates, then remove the dot from the class name like this;
Search for tborder
