i created a new group, and i want to this group when member of group post, stars number of group also increase as registered group.

Use group promotions.

You can do this with User Title feature.

ACP > Users and Groups > User Title > and use the following settings;
Minimum Posts = Your desired post count
Number of Stars = Your desired number of stars.

You'd need a plugin then.

So basically you want to Increment number of stars with respect to the post count ?
