OK, I've had Nano-Skinner made me a custom theme for my site, but I no longer want the site but If I sold the site I would not make much money, therefore i'm selling my custom theme, Nano-Skinner gave me permission to sale my custom theme, I'm selling my skin for 11.99 USD! however if you want to own my skin Ill sell if for you for 100 USD.

-Buying it: 11.99 USD (if you think is to expensive say so, though I think is a respectable price).

-Buying it as yours: 100 USD (If you buy it as your own skin, I can't sell it to no one and your the new owner).

This skin is a Pokemon skin however it only has a (Pokemon header and background) therefore you could easily customize it to make it your own, this skin is great for debate site, clans, and other sites.

You are selling nano skinners theme ? Can you please show us the proof you've permissions to re-sell ?

Just commenting again; I really like how you said in your first post that you can easily modify the theme by switching out the Pokemon images and making it your own.

Exclusive rights (I'm 99% sure) - meaning that you will be the only owner of the theme and you can do anything you wish with it (re-sell, re-name, etc.)
