Is there a way to specifically email a member by gender because i want to email all my female members ?

You would need a plugin to do that. There is no plugin yet though.

Yes, there is.

The Remember Us plugin allows you to send e-mails based on (almost) any user field, including any custom profile fields (like gender). Look at the last example in that topic. For custom profile fields you need to use the values you gave in, so if you translated the gender profile field, you need to give in the translated string in the value field of the condition.
