Need help with it, not sure if people even use it much anymore, but it's worth a try.
So all groups besides administrators can shout in it but admins cannot, I have no idea why it wouldn't let admins shout. When I try to shout I get a error "You don't have permission to access /chatbox/index.php on this server."
Tried chmodding index.php but that doesn't work.
