If I wanted to get a theme from the ones listed on here, would I need to get a language pack for the language I want or does the language not matter, since it's just a theme?

No, themes doesn't need any new language packs. Your Installed/Default language pack will be used globally regardless of any theme.

Alright thanks. I was just wondering about it since in all of the theme packs on MyBB, there's a message stating:

Quote: Language Packs
There are currently no additional language packs available for this download.
