Hello, so I used the feature Add a usergroup as Moderators but even though I wrote the correct name it says "The specified username/group was not found. "

Any ideas?

Enter few words in the Input field and MyBB will complete the letter itself.

Edit: If the above solution doesn't solves, then please tell what name you've entered and what's your desired Usergroup name ?

I tried entering many letters and it didn't show any complete names.

The desired group is named Helpers.
I tried entering Helpers and helpers.

Would you please PM me your ACP logins so I could do it for you ?
