Hello,

I'm trying to install myBB 1.6.3 for the first time.

When I try to browse the directory which I uploaded files in , I get the Forbidden 403 Error ( Which is caused by permissions ) .

Maybe I should notice that I've did the required CHMOD commands. I even tried to give the full access for all needed paths ( 777 ) but nothing changed.

What should I do now ?

Any helps and ideas are appreciated

Are you on Free host ? What's your forum's URL ?

Have you got in touch with your host, i had a similar issue once before and it was a host issue as i had no access at all to the site or ftp.

I found the problem myself.

It was not a host issue .
