well it doing the stupid thing again

it like if i have like over 10 members i cant create anymore forums
and my url is private
Why it can't show ? Make sure you are making the forums and not the Category.
im not stupid of course i press make forums
maybe mybb should should fix this bug in the next patch
If it were a bug there'd be more than just you complaining about it. No one else has had this problem.

is not sufficient to add records to database !! OR you might have corrupt files..
Sure you are not adding them as subforums, by default only 3 show, because if what you say is all true ( which I highly doubt ) this is the only thing thats left. Else it's a problem you have caused.
In worst case, reinstall mybb ( freshly copy all files, no need for installing database again ) if problem persists, your fault, either you messed something up or your host sucks.

and this happened before so i had to remake the mybb forum
maybe 1.4 is the best one
