Does anyone know how to disable the automatically refreshing function of MyBB?
i.e: The page refreshes after everytime you post something. I want to remove it and still show the new post.

Also, is it possible to remove the message saying "Thank you, your thread has been posted bla bla bla" after making a thread and just directly lead to the created thread?

Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > Server and Optimization Options > Friendly Redirection Pages > Off.

Thank you sir, that solves the second part of my question.
The first one still remains, is it connected with my host?

Setting that option to off will disable both redirection pages. I just tried it.

It still persists for me for some reason.

EDIT: You're right, it disabled both.
