What seriously is the point of this MyBB stuff if you have to pay a webhost before you can even test it out? What if someone wants to fudging learn how to use MyBB and learn it's functions and how to implement it before dishing out money? Huh? Did you think about that?

That's why you go to a FREE webhost first for testing..? And what? MyBB is free, it's not forcing you to pay for anything.

What on earth?? MyBB is software that requires a server to run it, just like any other piece of PHP software you'll ever use, how exactly do you expect it to run?? It's written in PHP, and needs a database, you need a server for that. Do you moan at Microsoft because Word and Excel needs a computer to run?? No, because obviously Word and Excel cannot run itself. Do you moan at people who make DVDs because you have to buy a DVD player to play it?? No, because obviously a DVD cannot play itself. Likewise, you can't just download some software written in PHP and expect it to somehow run itself. Are you aware there are free webhosts?? Are you aware you can install MyBB on your own computer?? You seem to suggest that we make a host a requirement just to annoy you, and that it can somehow run without a server; you clearly have absolutely zero knowledge of how websites work but still somehow think it's appropriate to come and make a thread like this. If you want to run a website, please research the fundamental basics of how a website works before mouthing off and making a fool out of yourself.
