Some suggestions:
1. Use a custom theme.
2. Make some content before showcasing your thread here. It would be good for us to see the content's nature and give feedback on that.

Good concept. But i agree with above comments. You need a different theme and lot of posts.
But i don't think Indian women are interested in such web discussions, especially Forums.
board is yet empty but it seems like a good niche since women may sometimes need to vent out on the web
