I just created a forum with CreateMyBB. I need to know how to access the root category , any help ? I am a newbie with FTP Servers.
I think you've to get support from createmybb.com for the access.
You can't access the root directory using a service like CreateMyBB. If you want to install a theme or a plugin, you have to request it at CreateMyBB's Support Forum:
