IN my forums site time is "Today, 04:19 AM" But Real time is=10.00 AM
I said to hoster he said server time is perfect ..
ask to mybb community...

You also have to change it in your user cp.
UserCP > Edit Options > Date and Time Options > and select your local time zone from the drop down menu.

If you set your timezone correctly (in the User CP), and the time is still wrong, then the server time must be wrong.
Where do you live and where do you host your website?
upload a simple php file to your root directory and run it to check the time AND its zone

my time zone is correct +5.30 india
its saying 6 hour delay.......
