I was wondering, how come I keep getting this message?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /home/vol12/(HOSTURL-REMOVED FOR PRIVACY REASONS)/***_#######/htdocs/inc/plugins/mybbpublisher/tmhOAuth.php on line 450

I do not understand why I keep getting this. Where do I need to edit to be able to successfully tweet my threads?

Your host does not have curl enabled. Contact them.

It seems that my host wants me to upgrade in order to be able to use "cURL". Will I have this issue with the FB portion of MyBB Publisher?

Yes, I think you will. I believe cURL is used throughout the plugin, though I'm not completely sure.

You could always use the external service twitterfeed that uses your RSS feed to post new threads.
