Why would we tell you how to change from MyBB? You're better off asking over at phpbb. Why are you changing, out of curiosity?
many users want the other way conversion , i.e. phpBB --> myBB
as myBB has simple plug-in type modification system AND its almost
similar to vBullettin !!
East or West MYBB is the best(after Vbulletin ofcourse).

Or do you want to convert a phpBB forum to MyBB?
No one here is going to tell you, how to migrate away from mybb. that would be like going to phpbb and asking for support for mybb, they wouldn't give us the information.
If you want to leave mybb you are free to do so but, whatever system you are moving to, you will need to ask there support for help with the move.
