OK. I have deleted a topic on my forum. It has deleted it. I check back at the forum, and it still has a link to the topic. I click on the link to the deleted topic, and it shows me this error

You deleted the whole thread or just a post of this thread?
Please upload the attached file into your forum's directory and run it through your browser. See if that fixes the problem.

What does this fix actually do?
I got the same problem and when I ran the fix.php it said "failure" but when I tried to delete the thread again it did delete it without an error that time around.

That's what I figured... Yeah the board is for staff only.
I got the error again when I tried to edit a thread:
