Full Version: reCAPTCHA verification failed

A user has been trying to register an account on my forum for awhile so he sent me a email saying he can't registered. So i tried it and I came across with this error;

Please correct the following errors before continuing:

    * reCAPTCHA Verification failed. (incorrect-captcha-sol)
    * Invalid action!

These are both caused by plugins.

You have the reCAPTCHA and Registration Security Question plugins, don't you? They are enabled, but the template edits were not made, so it's like the user didn't enter the CAPTCHA or the answer to the security question. Deactivate and activate both plugins again.
