Honestly, every graphics program is pretty much equal to each other. It just depends on how adept you are with it.

Guess so it also depends on how creative you are, no program can ever replace that.

Hi, just asking. How do you add a new button to the ones at the top of the forum for this skin? I can't figure out which file to edit to add new buttons :/

Admin CP > Templates > Modify / Delete > Frostbit templates expand > toplinks, toplinks_member, toplinks_admin

Add the new button to these templates.

toplinks_admin = Only people who are admins see this
toplinks_member = Registered, Mods, SuperMods, and awaiting activation accounts see this
toplinks = Unregistered or banned accounts see this.

Be nice to get this theme updated
IMO, the best theme so far as far as design goes.
If I knew how to update it I would, but not sure how permissions go as far as tweaking other people themes.
