I've Google SEO plugin enabled with default settings. So the url's are based on titles.

Now if I do any changes on a forum:
1) Renaming
2) Moving to another category/forum
3) Changing from forum to category or vice versa

Will these change the url's of the forum and the posts within?
What will be affected in terms of urls?

I'don't think it affects anything, only renaming the forum will alter the url, if you rename forum1 to forum10 then the url will be /forum-forum10 instead of /forum-forum1 but next time google crawls the site and sees the url change it should reindex with the new url.

2) and 3) don't matter.

1) will change the URL; Google SEO will remember the old name and redirect accordingly.

Do you mean to say on doing all those changes, all existing url's will still work fine? No 404's will be generated.
