how configure the template and theme to share each thread and post with social networks?
I WANT WITH THE COUNT OF SHARES. (facebook like button With count, twitter tweet buttonwith count and digg digg this button with count)

You can use AddThis for this. Just copy/paste the code AddThis suggests in your templates were you would like to show these buttons.
