I got this report by one of my members:

"When I edit stuff, or make posts, I don't see that bar where you can change the font or size and stuff. How does that come?

I don't know what the problem is as I can see everything perfectly?

if you do not see the problem then may be its his browser - requiring java enable / update / re-install.

what is ur web browser?

The picture is sent by the member so I don't know which version that is but I do know that it's Firefox by looking at the icon

It's working fine on all browsers for me so it's not a MyBB issue. It's probably an incompatibility with one of the addons he has installed in his browser. Ask him to check if he has the same problem with another browser.
