I just noticed today that NewPoints is no longer being shown in threads.

I checked the post bit templates and they still have newpoints in the post bit but it doesn't show up on the forums.

The only thing I did yesterday was change the colour in a theme and install "Favicon in address bar". I disabled it but the problem still wasn't solved.

Any help?

It's showing fine for me, although your template seem a bit screwed up.
There are template closing within a link. Can you post the content of these templates:
- postbit_reputation
- rep_bars
- postbit_author_user
- newpoints_postbit

That's 'cause I decided to delete the previous installation and reinstall a fresh download.
