I think I deleted something that I shouldn't. There were little bubbles on the right of my main forum page that said the number of new posts. However, I didn't want those and so I tried to go in and delete them.

I got rid of the bubbles but now my forum is all cattywonkers. You can see that the bubbles are gone but now the new posts etc is above the name of the forum!

Can someone tell me what to edit to make this normal again?

if you have edited global.css then you can rename it and replace that with a
fresh one from the theme. later compare the two & check what went wrong
