Whenever a reply is added to any thread and an email is sent to those subscribed. But in the reply email I want to use something like (unexisting id) "[email protected]" instead of an email id which exists.



How can I do it? Will my shared hosting provider allow me to send emails in this way when the return email id does not exist?

most probably your host provides it. contact your host - OR make an unattended mail ID

ACP -> Configuration -> General Configuration -> Edit Admin E-mail and Return E-mail Id's as you wish.
